SOURCE: Radio and horn will not work
I had the same exact issue today on my 86 Fiero. The Radio and Horn stopped working same time. There is a 20 amp fuse that is marked for the Horn but no mention of the radio. It is in the middle of the Fuse box. 86 -88 should have the same fuse box. ( If you reference the Chilton book they say the fuse is for Horn Cigarette lighter etc. but again no mention of the radio) I just happened to check this fuse (It was blown) and sure enough everything came back. Hope this helps......

you just have to pull on it a bit, there is clips behind it. they are a little tricky so be careful, but ou have to use a bit of force

Fuses are either bad or good no in between. Bulbs are the same way. You've got a dead short in your wiring most likely. Get that fixed or your car can burn up. No kidding. Could be a failing radio drawing way too much for the wiring size.

THIS WOULD HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DASH LIGHTS... WHEN YOU TURNN ON YOUR PARKING LIGHTS YOU SEND POWER STRIEGHT FROM HEADLIGHT SWITCH TO THE DASH...NEED TO RECHECK PARK LIGHT FUSE...IF GOOD THE BAD HEAD LIGHT SWITCH SOUNDS MOST LIKELY

clean the computer lead interface. my buddies car did the same thing, we cleaned the computer leads with a good eletronic spray cleaner and it fixed the problem.
