Engine light coming on in 2007 dodge grand caravan sxt. Feeling a vibrating sound under driverside front wheel. Engine teperature is at normal level. S.O.S.!!

sounds like the transmission computer has a problem . take to shop with great know how like the dealer.

Turn on the key and leave it on for a long time(up to four hrs) use a battery charger if it's available

First check the oil level and if its good then the oil pressure switch must be faulty.

Is it really burning it, or just losing it? If you have blue smoke coming out your tail pipe, and oily black spark plugs, there's really not a whole lot you can do about it short of a rebuild of your engine. It really sounds like a rear main seal leak, or a faulty oil filter.

Your owners manual should tell you, but look under drivers side dash as well, for a black panel that you undo , and drop down to expose another fuse panel.

if what your feeling is not an engine miss,
then it will be a motor mount,best chances are the front center one,,
or top trans mount

Check your fluid. Sensor is probley picking up the fluid going back & forth across it. If fluid is need use a small bottle to fill to get under the cowl cover under the hood. Use dot type 3

Sxt has 2. One is the Engine air filter under the hood on the pass side. Big black box. The A/C filter is under the pass side dash. Look for slide clip to remove the filter. Cover for the AC filter is about 8 in long, 1 in wide

The air filter for the cabin is located inside the van, look under the glove box door there should be a plastic holder that slides to the rearward of the van pull this back and a flat plastic door will come off, the door is two parts.

Some base vans do not have this filter if you look at the bottom of this and see a 1/2 long plastic stud sticking out of the bottom there is no filter in this.
