I believe you will have to pull out the reservoir and determine if it is the seal around the little pump or a damaged feed hose, shouldn't be hard to do and inexpensive to fix, good luck.

Is your wiper fluid level good?Look for leaks at pump,it's connected to container,also check your hoses leaving pump to windshield,could be loose or binding.
Is it water or engine coolant leaking? Check the coolant level and see if its low. If the coolant level is low...the coolant system will need to be pressure tested and leak pinpointed. If you sure its water...I would look at the black windshield cowl. This cowl channel's away water and could be leaking on the motor. There is windshield washer hoses in the cowl that could be leaking. Good Luck
right where the lines connect to reservoir, has little black seals that leak. I recommend removing reservoir, empty it out, then use RTV silicone and place it between seals and reservoir. Let it dry for FULL day. than reinstall.
