2010 Dodge Avenger R/T: The ETC warning light came on, and when I went to start the vehicle the engine was slow to turn over. Once the vehicle was running the warning light was no longer registering on the dash panel. Should I be looking into replacing it now, or waiting for it to go out?

Dash lights are complicated as power is supplied by a ribbon cable that also does other features. Check the Light Dimmer wheel first as that is the main reason for having no dash lights..
Most vehicles will sense that the tank is not sealed, will turn on a light. Depending on the make of car, may have to drive several hours, several starts, etc. before it resets itself after you correct the gas cap problem.
Tune up (plugs,wires,and distributor cap) was done on a '97 Dodge Avenger with the 2.5l engine because it wouldn't start. It ran for 1 day after the tune up,but will not start now. No spark at the plugs. Any suggestions?
