When i start my car or driving it a big cloud of white smoke comes out when i press the gas 1994 lexus es300
Not sounding good if white smoke, usually indicates coolant into cylinders via bad head gasket or head, maybe intake leak, or piston rings gone. You, or someone didn't overfill oil by chance did you?
What's mileage & did you have any warning signs or did this just happen all of a sudden.
No didn't over fill the oil but it was giving me problems when I press the brakes hard while driving it will shut off and now it'll just start and run for a sec and then shut off
How's coolant level? Do you need to add coolant from time to time?
Which constantly needs adding, coolant or oil ?

Have you overheated or are loosing coolant? If not check to see if your transmission has a vacuum hose going to it. (if coolant you can smell it in the exhaust)
I don't think you have the trans hook up but can't remember.
