I have a 2000 bmw e46 and the parking sensors arnt working, all 4 click when you put your hand in front of them but there is no sound in the cockpit, even when you put the car into reverse there is no sound at all, can you help, cheers

the only way to really diag this is with a bmw certified tester that will allow the tech to gointo the system to let you know what faults are in the system and how to proceed

If you took this in and had BMW do the work to fix it and it is not fixed why do you not return to BMW and get it fixed, If you have paid for a repair and the repair did not solve the problem have them refund your money.
