Would my 2000 Nissan Altima lose power that quickly? The car seemed fine when I parked it last night. No sign of anything wrong. I woke up this morning and it has NO power at all. There is no clicking sound when you try to start the car, No lights nothing at all is working. What should I do first?

Classic engine miss. The cause might be a faulty injector, or more likely an issue with ignition. Start it at night in the dark and look for arcing- that is the area to start. Plug wires and ignition components.
hand it over to a mechanic or Nissan. If you recently had an M.O.T and it went of quickly then ask for a refund, even better, ask him to take a look at the car again
replace the front oil seal. first i would clean the engine with purple power (degrease etc.) then look at the engine and make sure the leak is not coming from above like possibly the valve cover gasket or from the oil sending unit. try to tighten the bolts on the valve cover and even the oil pan. you never know, you may get lucky. i don't know where you are but front seals are cheap but the labor on the job is what costs you.
