It might be the flasher relay and it might be the horn relay although horns tend to seize up through lack of use. the flasher relay is is separate to the Hazards relay which is often part of the switch.

You may need to get a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams.
You have a flasher for the hazards and one for the turn signals. They are two different circuits. It is unlikely both have failed at the same time.
One flasher should be on the fuse box under the dash and the other is probably behind the radio.

The flasher relay is located in the Central Junction Box(the fuse box inside the car). On the lid of the cover there should be a diagram of the layout of the fuses and relays inside. The flasher relay should be labeled A17 or C2027 in the diagram.

The flasher relay is most likely bad. If you have the owner's manual there will be a diagram of both fuse boxes, one under the dash and the high amp fuse box under the hood. Start with replacing the relay.

If you have the owner's manual there will be a fuse box diagram and it should include all relays. If not you can purchase a Haynes manual that will also include the diagrams. Most likely the flasher is in the high amp fuse box under the hood and there is usually a diagram on the cover or in the fuse box itself.

Flashers are generally located either under the dash (they hide them behind the horizontal panel) under the hood in the fuse box.

Also, relays can be hidden under the hood or in the fuse box.

The interior fuse box is where the 'turn signal' fuse is located.
