You can try to disconnect the Negative battery cable and see if it reboots the system when you reconnect it after 10 minutes.
My question would be how did you know which of the 4 Wheel sensors to replace? It seems like more is going on because it is understandable that the Transmission will not shift. The transmission depends on a feedback loop from a revolution counter somewhere in the system.
There are Relays to parts called a PCM. This is a Powertrain management computer and while the PCM may or may not be bad, if the Relay to it fails to relay power to the PCM, it is basically an inoperative part.
It does not sound like you are able to drive for a scan anywhere. If you could, you could get free scans from Autozone, Oreilys, or Advance. A new scanner of your own would help. If you have to pay for towing, a new scanner could almost pay for itself.
I looked under the NHTSA Web-site and there were many reports of various transmission troubles on an Envoy, but no specific matches to your problem. Check for connecting wires to the transmission under the vehicle. Pull apart connectors and spray with WD40 and look for corrosion.
The ABS system and Brakelight warnings are usually very accurate. I usually service Ford family Brands, but am trying to help.

After several trips to dealer with "No problem found"....I finally found a technician that determined my ignition switch was intermittently not reading the security chip in the key.
Replaced ignition switch and problem never re-occurred.

your fluid is low and quite possible you seized your tranny up apply fluid and dont just rely on dipstick for this make sure the tranny is full of fluid
your linkage to transmission might have come apart another reason for no shifting
now for the speedo
there is a little device that connects speedo cable to the tranny and then the mechanical of tranny from there is called a speedo bullet
if you seized your tranny the speedo bullet would have gotten sheared off in side the speedo bullet is wrenched on and can be wrenched off replace the bullet speedo should start working again
