1992 pontiac grand prix le power drain

I have a1992 pontiac grand prix le it runs fine but when you turn the key off the running lights and and the chime noise stays on it then drains the battery so i tried to isolate the problem by puling one fuse at a time and isolated it to a 60 amp fuse i dont know what every thing thats on it but i do know that the power windows and door locks are on it how can i isolate this drain it seems like somthing is makeing grond or some kind of relay might be stuck im at my whits end please help

Replace the relay on drl lights it might be stuck close.

When you just turn the key on, can you hear the fuel pump running? You are not getting any fuel.

My 1990 pontiac grand prix le will start and idle fine but when you give it gas and it gets up to 2000 rpm it bogs out and dies! hELp! what can it be?

it could be either a clogged catalytic converter, or a mass air flow sensor. One way to check the cat is to let the car run for about 10 minutes and look at the underside of the car to see if anything is glowing, or check it after a very short drive. To check the Mass airflow sensor locate it and unplug it while the car is running and see if it clears up.

use a muti meter on battery post to see if alternator is
putting at least 13 volts back in battery with lights on.
if not your alternator is faulty.

inside the steering column locate the ignition remove wire to reveal screw to remove ignition that wire is what controls the buzzer and light itthe wire probrally wasnt in place correctly wich caused your problem
