It is located under the headlight housing on the drivers side. 1. Remove the air intake and filter box. 2. Remove the headlight retainer ring and headlight from the rear. 3. Remove the 3-10 mm nuts and swing out the headlight assembly. You can rest this on top of the frame near the battery. 4. The relay is now in plain sight riveted to the sheet-frame. I have pics if you need.

The cooling fan module is located under the air cleaner box on the radiator core support. very common problem .it is flat and about 3 inches long held on with 2 5.5mm bolts.

My 1999 plymouth voyager van's radiator fan constantly on

There is a fan relay in the fuse box in the engine compartment. Usually that is the reason why it won't turn off. It fuses in the on position. If you have the manual it will say which one is the fan relay. just pull it out and get a new one. They are not expensive.

Hope this helps

1996 Grand Voyager 3.3L Over Heats

Dodge Caravan is notorious for failure of the electronic cooling fan control module (AKA cooling fan relay). This is not a "relay", it is a solid-state control unit, but many people call it a relay anyway.
It is mounted on the inside of the left frame rail just behind the radiator. You have to look up from UNDER the vehicle to see it. It looks like the picture below. The picture shown is very close to actual size.

Plymouth voyager 1994 check engine code 34 35 5

34 = Speed Control Solenoid Circuits: An Open or Shorted Condition has been detected in the Speed Control Vacuum or Vent Solenoid Circuits.
35 = Radiator Fan Relay Circuit: An Open or Shorted Condition has been detected in the Radiator Fan Relay Circuit.
That 5 at the end should have had another 5 after. Did it? 5-blinks and 5-blinks means the system has finished sending the Codes.
