It's a Lexus, that's your problem :) they tend to have funny issues like this all the time. Is your battery dead, I know it's new, but check to see you haven't killed it again trying to start it so many times. Alternator?

Truck alarm keeps going off

best is remove after market alarms
done that vast times, they are all trouble and nobody pays attention to any alarm now,
yes a simple IMMO is good. no need for alarms.
we need less noise, really.
reverse the hack and car is like new,
amazing fact.

IMO, all I need is a hidden fuel pump switch,
all cars I have ever owned had this and I put it in for 50 years
every car,
even designed a near zero current motorcycle alarm I sold.
using pure CMOS logic.
a $1 switch hidden, and wired SPST to pump ground wire.
is best.
so if it shorts , no blown fuse and car runs great , all of it.
even tricky mag key locks can be used, and I sure have.

if all this is confusing
ask a shop to fix it , most say no to hacks but will remove it and put the car back to stock and runs.

IMO
ok?

Lost all power in mitisubi gallant

If your machine ran out of battery power from not charging and the car will run with a fresh or charged battery, then check the alternator fuse on the positive battery clamp. If it is blown then even though your charging system is in perfect working order, your battery will go dead and your car will die in the middle of the road. If blown by the fuse at a dealer, replace it and charge your battery.

MY FORD ESCORT 1.6 FINESSE 1997 IMOBILISER FAULT

disconnect the battery for 1 minute and try again - ---quick fix possible with that---
if that makes no difference then I would like to know exactly what model of alarm and immobiliser the car has - what is the maker + model no/serialno of the keyfob for the alarm, I can get the info I need off that.
also you can check the fuse in the alarm if you know where the alarm is situated, it will have a fuse either on an inline fulseholder on as a spade fuse stuck into its casing somewhere - replace the fuse if blown and try again to start the car ------------ tell me the model no of your alarm and immobiliser if no joy after battery/fuses and I can read up on them and see if I can fix your problem...

Will the alternator charge the battery if i have a blown fuse or a bad bulb

Yes it will charge the battery unless the fuse that is blown is the one for the charging system. A blown bulb will not stop it from charging.
