2001 Chrysler Sebring- difficulty steering,

2001 Chrysler Sebring
I'm having a hard time steering the car. I'm chalking this up to something wrong with the Power Steering system. Power Steering fluid is full, though.

I'm not sure. I guess that would be the next thing to check...
Do you know where that would be located on an '01 Sebring?

2010 Chrysler Sebring I changed out the shift solenoid and reset to Takee it out of limp mode. well I drove it and it changed out the first time when I come to a stop there was a hard jerk and then went...

Any service codes present? Since you have changed out the shift solenoid and it didn't fix the problem then you have something else wrong. Codes won't necessarily tell you what the exact problem is but will point you in the right direction.

When i start car rpm goes to 5000 and does not drop

It sounds like there is something wrong with the timing belt. Do NOT drive it; this could wreck your engine. Have it towed to your preferred mechanic ASAP.
