I wash 1999 Toyota Corolla CE the other day and at

I washed 1999 Toyota Corolla CE the other day and at the carwash I decided to spray down engine compartment while the engine was running I did a quick sweep to get off some dirt, well after I parked and had to go somewhere again the check engine light comes on and blinks, I figured something has to dry out but the problem has remained and the car sounds like a little hesitation or not running 100% well I found out by checking fuses that my 10 amp fuses in engine compartment the two controlling Head (LH)or Head(LH-UPR) and another fuse on the right side RT Side are completey burned out with no power coming out of fuse block holder I put volt meter and shows no power My headlights are find what controlls (RELAY) these fuses and where can I locate them? And how do I check them to see if they need replacement. Thanks RS

the fuse box appears to be between the breather (where the air filter is) and the fenderwell... behind the battery. remove that lid and you will find lots of fuses there.

Remove the spark plug wires and use a blow gun to dry the spark plug tubes of any water that may have gotten in, the blinking engine light means there is a missfire. and check those fuses with the headlights on and see if they have power.

2008 Toyota Corolla. Can an LE or CE edition gearbox work for an XLE edition of the Same car?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved from Computers and Internet.

Yes, the after letters signify body trim levels only. The CE is the base level. The engine and gearbox are shared at all levels.

What is the difference between Toyota Corolla LE and XLE?"
What is the difference? The Corolla XLE is basically a more luxurious version of the lower LE trim. It adorns Toyota's SofTex upholstery, which is a simulated-leather fabric. A power-adjustable driver's seat and heated front seats also come standard in the Corolla XLE

Washed the engine and my toyota corolla will turn over but will not start, what is wrong with it?

Also using a water displacement will help such as a slight spray of WD-40 lubricant. This learned while working at a car wash doing detailing cars and cleaning hundreds of engines!

1999 Corolla CE ~150k miles...When attempting to start the car, only in very cold temperatures (T<50*F), the engine has difficulty turning over and will start with a loud unidentifiable engine noise. ...

the car doesnt come with a timing belt, it has a 10 year worry free, internal timing chain, but it sounds like either your battery or starter, cold weather causes the electric flow to slow down, take your battery in to see if its ok, then check your starter. good luck and hope this helps
