When this happens, there are quite a few things that could be the issue, so I would recommend that you check the simplest thing first. Start out by opening the fuse panel and locate the A/C fuse and the FAN/BLOWER fuse (these are separate fuses) make sure that the fuse is in working order, replace with same AMP fuse that is removed. Next I would recommend that you visually inspect the A/C compressor and make sure that the electrical connections are clean and connected, and that the belt is on the compressor and that the compressor pulley is rotating when the engine is running. If that is not the issue, I recommend that you have the A/C refrigerant checked to see if the level is at the operational level. If that is not the issue, there may be an issue with the clutch on the A/C compressor, or even an issue with the A/C switch in the vehicle located on the climate control panel.
I hope that you have found this information to be useful, and if I can be of any further assistance, please let me know. Thank you for using fixya!

2002 chrysler sebring getting hard to start.Started good about a month ago. Now takes longer to start

Is it getting ready for a routine maintenance service? Most such problems are cured or avoided by maintenance and it isn't wise to try and cure problems in isolation unless the maintenance schedule is up to date.

A few possibilities are low cranking speed, insufficient reserve battery voltage, poor spark, worn spark plugs, poor injector spray patterns, fuel pressure low, temperature sensors inaccurate...

On my 1999 acura tl 3.2 i reset the maintenance required light with my OBD2 scanner and i also did it with the reset and mode buttons but it still does the same thing were the car will start with that...

my wild guess, is the alarm or immoblizer is active?
did you read the operators guide on starting?
so car only starts with the CEL off, will that is impossible
on most cars.
you key on, and the CEL must glow. if not.?
then ECU is out to lunch
or immoblizer is active.
i dont have the op guide, but they are free at all dealers, Acura.
and on line, if you google it.
why run a car with out the op guide. ?
what if you were stranded, and the answer was in the glove box.?
10x on newer cars. lots of complexity.

Maintenance Light goes on/off/on

When your vehicle is coming up for due maintenance, the light will flash for a few when you start the car. When the time for scheduled maintenance is due, the light will remain on constantly. It's just routine maintenance, but if you haven't done it, that's your reminder. Then, you or your mechanic will have to reset that maintenance reminder light.
