remove door panel assy there will be some screws and then it will pull up and off the door don't try to pull straight out you will break the tabs,after that then you will see the motor and reg assy look at the new one and remove thebolts accordingly,you will need to move the window either up or down to loosen the bolts that hold the window to the regulator careful not to over tighten the bolts once you remove all the bolts and disconnect the motor electric plug you can remove the reg assy motor will sty attached to the reg assy with the window pushed all the way ujp u can ease the reg out the door it may take a bit of finessing,then reinstall

could be the motor died,, Jump it with a 12v source to make sure its working, if it is check the alignment of the window rails in the door to make sure its not binding,, switch the window switches to see if its a faulty switch, they pop out of the holders pretty easy

Having seen this exact same problem many times over, we would suggest that you replace the driver side door window/lock master control assembly. This is a very common problem with over 10 years of age. The contacts in the switch wear out over time.

You need to replace the window regulator

More than likely you have a broken power wire drivers side front door. This happens from the constant opening & closing of the door. Peel back the outer casing of the wiring harness at it's flex point & check & mend any broken wires. Good luck!

You will have to probably repair the windiw regulator or replace it. The door panel will have to be removed to do it.

Not enough info to help with the radio, but the windows are easy. Get in, start the Rover, press the window switch until the window is all the way down and continue to hold the switch down for an additional 10 seconds. Then roll the window all the up and continue to hold the switch down for 10 seconds. Repeat for all the windows. If it does not clear the dash panel warning - do it again. Same for the sunroof not set warning.
