Question about 2008 Infiniti G37

G37 Infiniti Automatic Door Locks..

Just purchased 08 Infiniti G37...I thought it had automatic door locks when drive was engaged. Has this been turned off? How to turn back on?

I am relatively certain this has to be done at the dealer with the handheld diagnostic computer. They will have to access the Body Control Module and reset it. There are many options in the BCM menu that can be set. They should be able to do that rather quickly right on the service drive, and they shouldn't charge you since the vehicle is under warranty. If they don't then that is pretty ****. I worked for an Infiniti dealer for many years in the midwest and we gladly did things like that all the time for free just to take care of our customers.

My g37 will start up but after 5mins of warming up it will just shutoff, now my keyless remote won't even open the car or start it unless its in the key charging port.... Any suggestions what this might be? Also went to mechanic and no codes popped up

Infiniti battery keeps dieing

check to see alternator charging battery.with engine running alternator out put at the battery should be 13.5 to 14.5 volts.check alternator drive belt, should be checked or changed at 60000 miles intervals.all drive belts should be checked at 60000 miles.if drive belt okay has correct tension have battery load tested it could be going bad.turn off radio first if you disconnect negative battery cable.reason i warn every body to do that so you wont lose radio playing code.

It sounds like the "Time to Rest" indicator showing how much time you have left before the time to stop and rest based upon much trip time you put into your trip computer.
Please refer to 2-23, Instruments and Controls, in the manual (link below) on how to configure the Alert options.

Traction control kicks on when starting up engine. Cannot turn off with switch, must drive short distance and then turn off/on engine again. This usually kicks it off until next time. 2000 Q45 with 87k...

ice ? traction control is designed to engage when is senses icy conditions and will automatically occur my truck has the same feature but i also have 4 wheel drive it wont engage itself but it lets me know icy conditions are sensed ..not 100%sure but i have seen this issue before and that is usually the case and cause

Please change the oil now at the Nissan garage and watch the vehicle closely.

$100 is not so much like getting your car totally knocked.
