How is your fuel filter? dirty or clean. You wana determine if it is electrical or fuel related. Sounds like fuel related since it seems to start for you, but stops running

You could find that it is your mass air flow sensor at fault. doesn't always bring on your dtc light in the dash. mass air flow sensor can knock out the turbo due to false readings being sent to the ecu. I have changed quite a few for this problem.
unfortunatly turbos do not have a long life span, they spin extremley fast and they run off of very hot exhaust gas, it sounds like your is dieing, if its under warranty bring it to the dealer, subaru is very good about standing behind thier vehicals.
hello i got a 1990 dodge daytona shelby the code 13 is MAP sensor signal to the computer (ECU) not changing so the map sensor is should be on the firewall with a vacuum line on it little black box looking thing well make sure it plug in and good and that it dose not have a leaking vacuum line if that dose not work you have a bad map sensor thay run about 30 to 100 at auto zone o onec you think you fix it remove the battery term for about 5 mins with the key on and trun the key off before conttecting the battey back up drive for about 20 mins to see if the code show up if you get code 55 all that means is end of falt code list you mite get a code 12 meaning The battery has been disconnected and the computer (ECU) has been reset hope that help keep that daytona runing it a good car
many people cheek the fuses when something goes wrong witch is a good thing cause most the time it dose happen there. however having that many things go at once is not a fuse as fuses normal do 2 things at once eg. clock and interior light, radio and cigarette lighter. the problem here may be a relay relays do a larger amout the fuses they are normaly in your motor bay. be careful with these cause if you do something wrong you can start a fire, it is hard to do but just follow what the gide says on the lid and you should be fine now if this dose not work you may need a new fuse box with this a seguest you get an auto electriction to fix
