Question about Chevrolet Aveo
I'm trying to locate the check engine light and need to know how to replace the bulb. My car will not pass inspection until I get the bulb replaced, and I just purchased this car a week ago.
Take out instrument panel completely. Remove all bulbs and hold the panel up to the sun while looking at the back of it. You will see where each warning/info bulb goes.

You will have to pull the dashboard display out and check to see if the bulb has blown or has been removed for some reason.

The mass air flow meter is fitted to the air intake pipe Its quite a simple task to change it on your own.Has for the catalytic converter all you will have to do is give the car a realy hard reving when going through the gears and drive it hard for a few miles. That will clear your cat for you.Dont listen to the shop they are out to rip you off.Good luck.Any problems you can contact me via [email protected].
