2000 grand cherokee #7 Cylinder not fireing

I have a 2000 jeep grand cherokee the engine was running verry ruff
my father in law replaced a bunch of sensors
now it wont run at all just turns over
was told by a delership that the number 7 cylinder was not fireing
have no clue wat would cause that if any buddy can help me

Along the fuel rail there is a number of plug ins make sure all of them are plugged in

Replace the coil pack... to confirm this pull spark plug leads off the coil pack one at a time.... note whether the idle changes. the spark will actually arc and you can hear it. if one of the plugs does not have this arcing... the coil pack is at fault.

Check for the computer codes. It can point to the cylinder that is miss firing. Could be a bad injector. Do a cylinder balance.
