PRESS AND HOLD IN THE TRIPOMETER RESET BUTTON. WITH IT IN, TURN THE KEY TO THE ON POSITION WITHOUT STARTING THE ENGINE. THE DISPLAY WILL COUNT DOWN IN HASH MARKS FROM 6 TO 0. AFTER IT REACHES 0 RELEASE THE TRIPOMETER RESET, TURN THE KEY TO THE OFF POSITION. ONCE YOU RESTART THE LIGHT SHOULD BE OFF.

yellowish orange colored?? it is the low tire pressure warning light....
check the tire pressure and fill the tires to 30 psi and reset the light under the steering wheel... it is labeled. Also beware that the spare tire may also need air

First check and make sure your gas cap is tight, if this does not resolve the problem read below.
A vacuum hose has become disconnected, more than likely due to having your air filter replaced. The VSC and Check engine light typically don't come on until after 150-200 miles after the vacuum hose was pulled out.
The fix: on the right-hand-side of the engine compartment behind the big plastic housing that holds the air filter you will find a black rubber hose that is not connected to anything. Squeeze the finger clamp on the hose and slide the hose back onto the half inch nipple on the back of the air filter's plastic housing.
In order for the VSC and Check engine light to be turned off, you will need to open the fuse box, right-side of the engine compartment, and pull the 20 amp EFI fuse for 10 seconds. This will reset the system. The fuse location is marked on the lid of the fuse box, also I believe the EFI fuse is the only 20 amp fuse

I am a little confused about what you are saying here, but I think you are saying that no windows work from the drivers door master window switch except the drivers door window, and that the switchs at each of the three other doors operate the windows ok? Is this correct?

First of all i will say, that this problem is very common with lexus 2007 and 2008 RX-350 fwd vehicles.------- There is a service bulletin forwarded by the lexus for this problem.--------- If your car is under any kind warranty, then this problem will be resolved free by the local lexus dealer of your car.--------- ------------- The service bulletin says as follows :---- Immediately following a cold soak startup, some 2006 - 2007 model year 350 vehicles may exhibit a brief rattle/knock noise from the engine compartment for approximately one second.
