There is enough of a brake fluid leak to move the valve that turns on the light. Solve the fluid leak first then bleed the brakes to reposition the brake warning valve so the light goes off. It's best to have a brake shop do the work.
if brakes work ok leave well alone ,this sounds like an electrical fault that big money to repair.At the end of the day the brakes are failsafe manually operated
