Most probably the engine coolant temperature sensor is bad.

Check to see if the thermostat is installed correctly there is a certain way it goes the cooling system. Since you have had a lot of parts replaced could have air trapped in system this can cause overheating as well. Drain radiator leave cap of and start motor add water slowly until radiator is at the level recommended. Does car have white smoke comming out exhuast pipe this would be good indication of a blown head gasket. Hope this helps

If you changed the thermostat yourself and have noted that the lower radiator hose is cooler than the upper radiator hose, you may have installed the thermostat incorrectly or have purchased a faulty thermostat. It could be a flap but more likely you have a air trapped in the heater core or the hoses connecting the heater core when refilled the system after your repair.
Loosen the supply hose that go to the heater core at the highest point and run engine until coolant comes out.
