Ignition relay or fuse could be the problem. When you turn the key to start do you hear a fuel pump kicking on and or do you have spark when you hot wire the starter (I know it's hard to check while trying to start it)? You can email me back and I might be able to pinpoint it more.

SOURCE: the car won't start; lights,

Check the starter and the starter relay or fuse. A client of mines car was doing the same thing, it ended up being two issues, the starter not working anymore, and a relay that was bad. If I am not mistaken everything should be labeled in the fuse box under the hood and will tell you where the fuse/ relay is for your vehicle

SOURCE: My 2004 F250 won't start. The battery is good, all gauges work etc... When you turn the key the starter won't even click

more then likely its a bad starter. or the cable to starter.

SOURCE: Car won't start, battery is good, won't even turn over.

These vehicles are prone to failures in the antitheft system. This will actually lock out the starter and/or injectors. Read thru this link, might be your problem.

What is the name of computer that controls the start of the vehicle

This is called a parasitic load condition.Something isn't turning off when the car is turned off.Our 2005 Grand Caravan has an function that keeps the radio and power windows operational after the key is off(called Retained Accessory Power). If there is something wrong with this,it may not be shutting off like it suppose to.This may be what your tech was talking about.

I have a 1990 Nissan Sentra my alternator, starter, and battery are new and it won't start , but when i touch a screwdriver to the cylinoids it will start bt i dno't know were the problem is

If your positive that the battery is fully charged and has been load tested,, then your ignition switch may be bad, if the relay is clicking that would mean its getting juice, I would strongly suggest that you have the battery checked,, with all those new parts,, it all leads back to the battery not carrying the amps it needs , if the click is heard at the starter relay
