The wiper relay is located behind the center of the dash i am sending you a picture of whe re it is . find (W8) in the picture.

The flsher shoul be plugged into the fuse panel. Turn on and listen. If turn signal is not working, The bulb is more likely the problem. Good luck.

Another tip is to make sure you lookup the correct wiper blades in the application guide at the store or online (you can google lookup wiper size or something like that). When you use the application guides, they not only match length needed but proper attachment. DO NOT BUY WIPERS JUST ON LENGTH!!

As far as install...

All new replacement windshield wiper blades come with step-by-step, illustrated instructions. The real key is to get the new and old wipers in your hands. Once you are right there looking at everything, it will all make sense and be much easier. Its ok to get answers online and look at videos but I can't stress enough getting out there and getting them in your hands - your questions and anxieties will disappear - I promise!
