When i start driving i a noise at front left tire and it jerks when i accelerate

If the tire started coming apart it could have hit the brake dust cover and bent it.

could be a differential problem, or half shaft broken where power is only going ot one wheel. when the car accelerates the wheel with power can cause the vehicle to jerk. could also be a wheel problem. ensure the tyres are inflated correctly. is the steering wheel straight or turned to one side when driving in a straight line. if turned there may be damage to the steering system. did the symptom start after another person has driven the vehicle? or after an accident or driving into a curb or off road? all these may be factors to the problem. if not the case try rotating the wheels front left to rear right and front right to rear left to see if the problem disapears. if persists seek professional to test drive the vehicle and give an appraisal to the cause.

How new are your tires and when was the last time for a front end aliment?That might be it.

It is probally in 4 wheel drive. It is supposed to **** while turning in 4 wheel drive because all 4 tires are trying to turn at the same speed and when you turn one tire slows down and the other tire speeds up but it cant in 4 wheel drive so it skips or jerks. If there is also a clicking noise the CV joint might be going out.

have the front wheel caster and, camber checked and, set by an auto shop before your wheel bearings fail

dear friend-it sounds like the drivetrain packed up,it is possibly the diff that broke and jammed the drivetrain.

i had the same problem,i endend up changing the hub bearings and ball joints and front u joints the main problem was the hub bearings

Check the U-joints and axle baerings. But its most likely because the truck is in four wheel drive.
