I have a 96 Honda accord, the power steering hoses etc. are shot. If the belt is removed will I have any other problems other then being harder to turn the wheel?

just that, try it, in a safe place,
i have 96 jeep with no belt, in fact pump missing.
the pump is optional in most cases, because no body wants to die.
belt flies off.. it just reverse to manual mode.
the only possible issue is lub, for the rack-and-pinon.

How long should it take me to replace the fuel filter on my 1993 HONDA ACCORD 10TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY EDITION

Its located underneath the drivers side door, about a foot towards the center of the car. depending on the tools you use, and how rusted the bolts are, and your expirience, expect to be working on it about 45 mins to and hour.

I have a 1993 honda accord 10th anniversary edition, ok when i turn on the a/c the green light comes on and the compressor kicks on you can feel a change in the drive and the clutch engages i seen it...

Then your vent control is not working, since this is a 1993 you would be able to see the filter drier ice up on the enternal area. Also make sure the heater control cable is not engage
