I have a 1999 Kia Sephia, its my daughters. She just started to have a problem with it, it started ideling rough, and has no power up to 15 mph. I had error codes P0422 and P0301, but I cleared them and they have not came back.
I took the car out on the Highway and drove it about 80 MPH, and it was fine for 24 hours, but after that it started to do it again, mostly until the car heats up.

I ended up replacing the spark plugs, with the correct gap settings, .044 that Autozone or any other store tells you is wrong. There is a Tech Bulletin that says now to use .028 - .033. I replaced the plug wires, air filter, PCV valve and fuel filter. The car runs like a champ now.
