Jumper battery power to the blower motor if it runs then replace the blower motor speed control resistor, it is located near the blower motor.

If you have never done this before, you really need to go get a Haynes or Chilton manual for this. They run about $25.00 and have step by step plus pictures. I've done one in my carreer and will never do another. And it was for my son. Believe me, it's a task I don't wish on anyone.
Go check out a manual. Google "Haynes Repair Manuals". It's worth it.

Experienced problem after problem with my suspension on my 1990 LSC. Finally contacted "Strut Masters" online and replaced my entire system with a conversion for less than 400 and an afternoon. Installation was simple.

This sounds like the PCM has taken a turn for the worst. The pcm relay sends power to the fuel relay for 2 seconds to prime the fuel system just before start up.
Then the pcm ungrouds the signal for a prove out.

1994 was the mark viii. here is what you need to do. Lens/Bulb, Turn Signal-Rear Removal and Installation To remove the plastic socket, turn the socket counterclockwise to the stop, and remove the socket. Remove miniature bulb from socket. Install miniature bulb in socket. Index the smallest tab for locating the three locking tabs, then press the socket into the rear lamp and rotate clockwise to the stop.
