Hi. Check for fues to the screen. Try playing a different DVD. The screen is activated when the DVD is inserted (played). Go to Techy and have him trouble shoot. Good luck.
If your DVD player is acting up, a reset might solve the issue. Disconnect the battery and pull out fuse number five from the inside fuse compartment in the driver's foot area.
Let the fuse breathe for at least twenty minutes and the battery for a few hours and then put it back.
You can set the sound to play through the car's speakers. If you don't want it too loud in front, you can use the audio setting for the fader to just play in the rear.
