SOURCE: water is leaking from under glove compartment
water dripping from under the glove box area is usally a sign of water in the heating ducts. water runs down the windshield and goes under the cowel, then instead of draining, it some how enters the air intake for your heating system. Take off your wipers, and remove your cowel, you will be able to see the air intake (on the passangers side) and the reason why the water is being directed into it.

You have 1 or more dead cells in the battery. The battery needs two things to work, one you can check, Voltage at at least 12 v and Amperage which is determined by the starter and engine size. For the 5.9 you probably need at least 700 amps to get the starter relay to trigger. The clicking in the fuse box under the hood is your relays clicking but not having enough amps to kick or the Relay is bad. The starter relay and AC relay are the same one in that vehicle so they are interchangeable for testing.
