I need the torque wrench settings for ford escort front and big end bearing 1300gl 1978 mk2, and u do not give me the right info

SOURCE: Escort Mk2 1600 valve and torques settings what are they

cylinder bolt torque settings stage 1 15 ft pounds
stage 2 50 ft pounds
stage 3 85 ft pounds

valve clearences 0.15 - 0.20mm inlet
0.22 - 0.27mm exhaust
these are the figures i have been supplied with, you can also use

cylinder bolts stage 1 10 ft pounds
stage 2 50 ft pounds
stage 3 + 90deg.
with my exp, i would use the first guide as the degree method has a tendancy to snap head bolts, especially on older vehicles.

found local Adelaide engine reconditioning shop that knows all about g200 twin cam EFI isuzu motors for parts and engine components ( pistons, rings, bearings etc. ) and machining, Chris Milton engine reconditioning. They will do machine work for me so then i can put it together.
