On the bottom of the running board there is a flap with a phillips head screw in it that covers the bulb socket. just remove the screw and turn the buld socket to remove bulb and replace with the new bulb

if you know how to use a multimeter check the connector to see if there is current going to the bulb first. and then you can check the other connectors as well to see the amount of current is not being put more of in other bulbs.
please check the relay & fuse box area under your hood on the drivers side of your vehicle. on some models, there could also be a fuse box located under your instrument panel on the drivers side. hope that this information has been helpful to you.
There should be 2 screws holding the lenses on for the hatch light, remove those and cover comes off. The plate lights, access them under the rear bumper, they twist and pull out, then just pull the bulb out the connector. The running board light, under board, which will take the light assembly out, or a small flat head screwdriver, pop the lens off the top of board.
there is a main wire that runs down the drivers side under truck runns towards runnin board this set of wires one positive and one negetive per light check the wires going to each light take the light apart and also check bulbs.repair any bad connections .
