Assuming someone didn't do something like spray WD-40 into the radio to fix, who knows what, (as an example), your problem sounds like a logic board issue in the radio itself. This should be diagnosed by a reputable radio repair depot and not just a stereo installation shop.
One would hope that the dealership would have installed it for you. Beautiful car by the way. They done everything nicely in these cars.
In the instruction manual that comes with the cargo net (Dealer accessory) it will show you how to remove 2 anchor bolts on the left and ride side of the trunk. The carge net should come with the replacement anchor hooks to allow you to hook the elastic straps to both sides to get maximum use of the net.
I would say since your car is as new as it is. Come into the dealer and get them to put it in for you.
Remove the glove box from the instrument panel. Behind it is an access door. Remove the cover and the old filter, put in the new filter. Replace cover and glove box.
