Start with the checking of your cruise control. if the cruise control doesn't work then it is your clock spring. the part costs around $150. you can do it yourself. i changed mine but you need to be careful. disconnect your battery for at least an hour. then start removing the steering wheel cover bolts on the sides. once they are removed you will be able to remove the airbag by lifting carefully and disconnecting the electrical connectors. when you get it off place it on the carpet of the passenger floor face down. then you will need to loosen the center steering wheel bolt to remove the old clock spring. installation is the reverse. this should work no problems and oh by the way make sure that before you remove the steering wheel the wheels are centered. mark the steering wheel before removing the center bolt so that u can put it back in the same position.
