Your car has two fuse boxes, one under the hood, another in drivers side kick panel.  Also check the relays

When you receive advice from this website you have to understand that without the item in front of us, we are only able to provide "a best guess" as to what the problem might be based on you description of the defect.  If you haven't described a clear and precise description of the defect you decrease the chances of an accurate reply.  Thank you.

My horn doesnt work in my 2004 chevy impala

I will try first checking if they are not unplugged. They are under the hood right in front of the radiator below the passenger head light next to the bumper. and the fuses are located inside on the left side next to the head lights switch

My horn on my 2004 impala LS does not work where should i start?

Check the fuse and swap the relay to start. See if you have voltage to the fuse. Then go to the horns (passenger side under the headlight) and check for voltage when you honk the horns. If you do, replace the horn/s. If not, then it gets tricky. The problem is behind the airbag in the steering wheel. I recommend you let someone that knows what they are doing, fix it. Air bags can deploy and cause seriuos dmamge to you.

I cant find the horn. it is not working as well, all my fuses are good. I do not know how to check the relays. 2004 chevy impala

Remove the plastic air deflector surrounding the hood latch assembly & disconnect the electical connector from the horn. Try a jumper wire to make sure it's the horn that's the problem. Check the horn relay also in the engine compartment fuse block cover. Good luck!

Horn stopped working

In most cases this problem is caused by the rotating ribbon circuit contact under the steering wheel having a broken filament, the part is known as a clock spring contact, u will need to properly disarm the airbag and remove the steering wheel to access the part. WARNING: Failure to follow factory Airbag disarming protocol can result in an unexpected Airbag deployment and possible serious personnel injury
