Location of horn fuse

1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera; nothing in the fuse box between the radio & glovebox, indicates horn. My horns stopped working< could something else besides the fuse, be the problem? if so, what & where is it located on the car?

There should be a fuse for the horns. Your owner's manual would give the location. It may be in the fuse/relay block under the hood. Is there another fuse panel under the driver's side dash?
There is also a horn relay in the horn circuit. This should be in the under hood relay block, but they only rarely are the problem. The most common problem with no horn is the horn switch under the horn pad on the steering wheel. The metal contact strips often get bent out of shape. You would have to pull the horn pad off to check. The pad may be held on by plastic clips, or maybe Phillips head screws from the back of steering wheel. If that part looks good, you would probably need a voltmeter or test light to start checking for power along the circuit. Sometimes just finding the horns themselves can be difficult. Maybe behind the grill, or seen from inside a fender well (behind the fender inner liner), or mounted to a lower radiator support...somewhere on the front of car.

SOURCE: Horn not working.

the horns (two) on cars are usually located forward of the radiator and behind the grill.  Sometimes they are better reached from below the car.  And usually you need to remove some plastic shield to get to them.  The fuse in in the fuse box and should be marked as is the horn relay.

SOURCE: where is the flasher indicator unit located in a

I just replaced the turn signal flasher today in my 1996 Olds Ciera. It was not near the steering column. It's actually behind the fuse box in the glove box but the easiest way to get to it is to remove the ashtray/cigarette lighter and it's harness and reach back to the right behind the fuse box. It took all of 10 minutes to replace. This is not the same as the hazard flasher, just the turn signal one.

1989 Cutlass Ciera Where is the horn located to replace it? Fuses are fine.

Lights, horn, radio,stop/taillights, domelight nad backup lights quit working.. all fuses good and alternator is fine

When you say "all fuses good" Does that mean the fuse panel on the passenger side end of dash...
and both power distribution boxes under the hood? They are attached to the fenders and you will have to remove the metal straps running over the covers to open them. Check power wire going to each box for tightness and 12 volts. If all the fuse's, relay's, and circuit breakers are good, you may have an issue with the "Body Control Module". You will find it under passenger side dash, behind the glove box. Might even be an issue with the ignition switch.

95 olds cutluss cieara horn dont work. horn sounded weak when it was dien 4 mths ago. then when i pressed it last it amped out the horn and radio. hasnt work since. cheeked fuses

Check that the horn itself is not worn out. If it's not sounding when grounding out, or it has a history of being faint in volume, then replace the horn.

Horns do go bad over time due to atmospheric moisture causing the contacts to corrode.

The location for a 1996 oldsmobile horn relay? What relay is it?

The horn relay is accessible when you remove the glove box. It's to the right of the glove box, and has a large chime box with two relays to the side. The one towards the rear of the car (first one you see) is the horn relay. It's a little difficult to get out, but just plugs in. That large chime box is in the way somewhat, but with a little patience you can get the horn relay out. They're about 9 bucks.
