I don't believe there is a main fuse.Chevy uses fuseable link wire that come off the starter. They are like fuses, but they are wires that are made to burn if overloaded.Pull lightly on the wires coming off the starter & see if one or more stretch. This indicates a burnt fuseable link. You can buy fuseable link wire at Auto Zone cheap.Good luck,

The reason I am asking is I had my wires off the starter short out on the manifold. I replaced the big one to the battery but the one that goes to the silinoid not sure where it goes. I tried taking it to the battery but if I touch it to it it try to start. There are two more wires that I believe shorted out that also go to the starter that but not sure

The blinkers on my 96 Chevy Blazer don't work and I checked where the manual told me to change the fuse but the fuse is perfect. Now what? Thank You

There is a blinker modulator/regulator relay that needs to be replaced. It is one of the larger metal blocks beside the fuses. Ask O'reilly's or your local dealership for the fuse box schematic to locate the blinker relay and switch them out. I would expect it to be around $20. I had this problem with my 96' and the relay was the cause.
