I have a 99 dodge quad too, and the door handles are notorius for breaking or the nut that holds the unlocking mechanism came loose, you'll have to go to the dealer to get a new handle

Between the drivers door and the door jam. At the front is a rubber boot. Pull it back And check for broken wires there(where most breaks occur). It's tight, but not impossible.
Hi, check the air vent doors make sure they are not broken and the door motor is working, they have a bad problem about breaking . if i can help just re post .

Sounds like either a linkage rod came off or the interior handle is broken. either way you have to take the interrior door panal off to see which it is.
You should be able to fix it yourself by carefully taking the inside of the door off. If you have power windows, your window actuator has gone bad which happens often in Chrysler vehicles, and will need to be replaced. Until you get your hands on the actuator, you can jam a piece of paper or cardboard in, to keep the window up. Good luck and thanks for using FixYa!
Sounds like the link rod to the latch are jammed in the locked position by something inside the door or it came off. Any way, you have to remove the door panel to get access to it.
what you have to do is make sure door lock is in unlocked position put a flash light inside the door to see you need to get a screwdriver into the release spring area try to pry up on the hook area that flips over the piece thats mounted to the door jam it should release sounds like you need to spray wd or blaster in the lock assembly return spring not kicking back
