I have a 2011 Kia Sorento with 94k miles. Recently my engine warning light came on. It is driving great, but I went to Kia to have it checked. Said my intake manafold needs to be replaced.

If the check engine light came on I assume it was the check engine light, then you may feel no symptom for the code but never the less you have a failed part of other electrical issue, so if the manifold needs to be replaced to correct the check engine light and its fault code then that is what needs to be done. Remember if the CEL is on you will fail any emission inspection that is required.

Code P200A kia sorento 2011

It's a fault code connected with the intake manifold.

However, before you rush off and change it, have a look on the Internet. It seems that Kia had problems with this particular error code/or the software. Read about it first. Here's some links:

P0134, p0154

Code 134 is for no activity or signal coming from the O2 sensor for bank one sensor one.
Code 154 is for no activity or signal from bank 2 sensor one. My first guess would be a wiring problem since it is rare for two sensors to fail at the same time.

Trouble codes p0134 also p0154

I'm going to assume this is for the Blazer.
Code 134 means the front O2 sensor for bank one is not sending any data or is not working correctly.
Code 154 is the same thing for the front sensor on bank two.
The sensors and wiring harness would need to be checked out. Once the problem is fixed and the codes erased, the warning light should stay off.

Hi I have Kia sorento 2003 and my trouble is idle go up to 3000rpm to shift from 1 to 2 and the idel some time no stable go at round 200to 500 rpm with OBD 2 code P1330. your help will be appreciated...

Dear Allamid,

Seems to me like you need angine diagnostics performed. Your idle speed is way to high here. Mapping the engine should pinpoint and solve the problem. This is typic\lly done by nothing more than plugging a laptop into the onboard computer that governs the engine.

By the sounds of the OBD code that you have, you already knew thisabove procedure.Even so, have the Engine management unit checked, and get someone to check thermostat, engine timing, and might be worth having a full service done.

If you still dont get anywhere with this, get in touch with me andI will investigate the matter thoroughly for you,but in the meantime I do hope that this actually does resolve your issue.

yours sincerely
