This is where the power steering cap is on my 2000 buick Lesabre.

The power steering pump is in the front of the engine. You will see the serpentine belt on the pulley and it will look something like htis picture. The pump has a resevoir with a cap on top which is removable and has a dipstick built in to tell you how low you are on fluid.

it should be on top of power steering pump - look over right front fender at the engine belt - on left back corner of the motor the power steering pump should be seen below the alternator - reach down and turn cap that is on top of pump - they should have put a remote tank on pumps

Just went to a dealer today for my 2000 regal. It took them a while, but they showed me where my power steering cap was.
It is black and very hard to see. You need a small flashlight (LED recommended), and then need to look on the left side behind the engine and in front of where the glove box is. WAY down, under some hoses, and adjacent to the engine is the power steering cap (I'd estimate about 8-10" down). The best way to see it is to lean into the engine from the front while standing to the left of the center of the car. Lean forward and place the flashlight pointing down and slightly to the left behind the engine and at a level just below the block. Good luck!!

the cap of the Power steering fluid is below the Alternator between the engine and firewall/bulkhead on passenger side of car. About 12- 14 inches below the Alternator. Good luck
