If u HAD electronic stability control stabilizers, replace them. Stabilizer bar is probably flipped/ bent beyond repair. Check & repair mounts too before replacement. Finalize it with a 4 wheel alignment.
A scan tool can determine which wheel bearing hub is bad, the wheen bearing hub contains the magnetic pickup and tone wheel that do the calculations (pick up magnetic impulses) for the ABS and TRAC control, their signals come from the same source.
sounds like something was not put back on tight. this is very dangerous and you should inspect the linkage from the stering wheel to the universal joint on the fram. make sure there are no parts loose. I would'nt drive till this is resolved-way too dangerous.
There are three inverted torques screws in the column that come loose you have to pull the steering wheel pull the swivel pins tighten the little screws. it not hard to do . it is dangerous to drive like this.
