Locked keys in trunk and trunk release inside car is broken
If it's central locking you can override all the locks by removing door card at rear and finding the feeder tube off the locking mechanism and use a bicycle pump on it to force air into the central locking which should release trunk lock.also possible with a hypo syringe.also try to locate where the cable runs under the car or carpet for the trunk release you may find the cable has snapped but find the part that still connects to boot.
Are your doors open? if yes, just remove rear seat, there you can access the trunk.

Unfortunetly no. The design is like that so if you leave your top down no one can get into the trunk. You'll have to call a locksmith. Sorry.
SOURCE: Trunk release will not work, but I can open it with my key
inside the trunk near the latch is a switch that kills the trunk remote
Using your keyless entry on the keypad, press the 5 digit code to get into the door and press the 6 key immediately after. Lincoln has several codes in addition to the 5 digit keyless entry like pressing the 3 to open all the doors, the 6 for the trunk and pressing the last 2 buttons at the same time to lock the doors.
