How do you fix, condensation in your feul, 2001 plymouth neon

If you are sure its moisture you can purchase a solution that will take the moisture out of the fuel as long as there is not water sitting in your gas tank. If you are letting a vehicle set all winter and going to use it later you should fill the gas tank with gas before storing and this will prevent moisture from forming in the tank as the weather gets cold and warms up. Even in the winter with all vehicles you should keep your fuel tank above half full at all times. People sometimes feel it takes too much money to fill the tank but it takes the same amount of gas to put in the top half as it does the bottom half.

No start when freezing

If you are having to bang the battery cables that is where the problem is you have a bad connection either in your connections or you have bad terminals install new ones another thing is you may have to put anti freezing liquid into your gas tank to keep from gelling and you may want to park in a garage it helps a little.

Due to multible ankle surgerys my 99 dodge durango sat for the last 8 months I started it in december of 08 started right up while it was running it just stopped dead no shaking or motor coughing just...

My approach would be to check the fuel pressure coming to the fuel rail. It's possible the fuel line itself could get clogged. I know gasoline can turn into a varnish and clog up injectors, etc. Good luck.

My car sat in a garage all winter and now it wont start. i have replaced the battery and it has spark. i dumped in a bottle of heet but still no luck. can anyone give me a hint? Thanks!

take the gas cap off for a few minutes and gently tap on the bottom of the gas tank to make sure that the float is not stuck because if the float is stuck it would be telling the car that it is out of gas and the reason for taking off the gas cap is for vacuum pressure

Problem fueling 1999 Dodge Intrepid

does your car run fine on the 5 gallons you stick in each time? if so I would say that your fuel pump is ok. I would take the tank out and see if there is some obstruction in the fill tube and tank orface, also look inside the tank for any floating debris, check and or replace the tank vent

99 Taurus wont start unless primed. Fuel pump is working

Gas that sits too long won't fire easily that's why we have to add winterize to our lawn mowers!
Try filling the tank with some high grade fuel cleaner additive. This stuff is like rocket fuel (about $10).
Also add a can of dry gas as you may have a lot of water and water vapor in your system!
Get a couple more cans of starter fluid too. (I always needed at least two to get my diesel running for summer)
Keep spraying and starting (It always took me at least a full can sometimes 2)
When it starts keep the gas pedal down and rev high for a good 5-10 minutes then see if it will idle.
If it still stumbles and falls consider adding another can of fuel system cleaner and/or dry gas.
Don't drain the tank as this usually just makes it worse by letting the bottom sludge stir up.
Never let your gas tank get too low as this will foul up your fuel system and always add fuel cleaner after every oil change (a must for fuel injection and cat. converter care)

Good Luck!
