ZC 2400630 Im trying to rebuild this engine but everything i order its incorrect, im trying to find out what this engine is.

Try a rover engine its the same if iam not mistaken .you could try taking the cars papers to the dealer ? is it the original engine or has it been changed at some stage

depends on what you agreed on a full rebuild with new parts yes should be covered if a partial rebuild depends upon what was repaired

the ignitor is that device (a transistor) that replaced POINTS long ago

2003 hyundai elantra low idle check engine lights two broken fly wheels

flywheels or flex plates ( manual or automatic)
flywheels will generally shatter the bell housing so It may be flex plates
They crack the center out from incorrect fitment of the washes at the crank shaft that makes them flex against the torque converter
generally it is the omission or the incorrect fitment of the large dish shaped washes or the flex plate not being turn around until all of the bolts screw all the way in finger tight
the units are make in thousands and last hundreds of thousands of miles so to have such a problem is lack of attention to detail on fitment or lack of trade skill in the fitting

Go to car-parts.com order a used one with the same features that your van has ecaxt or else you will have check engine lights. also its located under the hood drivers fender.

You will be best to buy a remanufactured engine from a reputable rebuilder, unless you have a local shop that specializes in VW or try a reman from VW.
