Check engine light came on, I do know what the codes refer to, just need to know location of the fuse and secondary airflow on a slant 6 to check areas as well as any tips to check when areas are located.

That code represents a lower than expected reading for temperature (coolant). First thing to do is check your coolant level, as if it is low, then the sensor can not read correctly. Second, you may have a thermostat that is stuck open, allowing the coolant to cool off too much. The sensor should be mounted on top of the engine, near the thermostat housing.

SOURCE: i have a 2002 gmc envoy bringing up codes P0440
440 is Evaporative emission control system malfunction. Could be as simple as cleaning your gas cap & filler well & making sure gas cap is on tight, as that is the most common cause, otherwise you may need to check for vacuum leaks or purge solenoid has failed, or canister may be plugged.
495 is telling you that your engine/rad cooling fan, is malfunctioning as well, which I suspect is causing that noise your hearing. Have it looked at a.s.a.p. as it can do some real $$$ damage if it flies apart.
Have codes erased after fixing fan & making sure cap is tight, then see if 440 comes back, if it does, you may need to do more investigation.

This is a safety feature that the vehicle brings. You need to reset the E.C.U on dealership or it will keep doing it to you. It was probably caused by one single time that you did not closed the fuel cap correctly. Good luck
