Proplem with head lights

I got the proplem with the daylights of my wrangler 1991 i lost the daytime lights living in Iceland it is regulation that it shal have daylights. I was towing a lorry when it happened and i think there was something in the electric in the lorie that desstroyd something in my wrangler. The proplem is like this
I lost the daylights both front and tail. If i switc on the lightswitc i only got the headlights and they work normal bur no taillights and no park. But the thing is if i remove the fuse for the tailights from the system i get the tailights again if i switch on the light switch.
But then if i turn on the high beam the tailights go off.
So car running and with ligtswitch in normaloff there are no lights
Lightswitch turned on only headlights
Fuse for tailight removed Car running and switch on off no lights light switch on and lights turned on low beam then all lights work but changed to hig beam tailights go of again I can not get this and were is the daylight module located in wrangler 91
