93 chrysler new yorker headlights flash on/off after being on 10/15 min..

That sounds like a headlight relay. First try jiggling the headlight switch after the symptom starts. Then I would suggest replacing the headlight relay.

How do you replace the turn signal light in a 93 ford ranger

The procedure is as follows:---First you need to open the hood and twist the bulb socket out from the lens.1)Remove the screws retaining the headlight and trim assembly.
2)Carefully rotate the headlight and trim assembly away from the vehicle, rotating the inboard side away from the vehicle.
3)Remove the side marker, parking and turn signal bulbs and sockets from the headlamp and trim assembly. They can be removed by turning them.
4)If replacing a lens, remove the retaining screws for the lens to be changed and remove it from the headlight door.

Headlight switch replacement

Here is the recall info.

The vehicles affected by this recall are certain ‘92 & ‘93 model year Ford Thunderbirds and Mercury Cougars. The problem; the headlights turn off, then come back on after driving with the fog lights on. Ford is replacing the headlight switch and if necessary the electrical connector for the headlight switch. Repairs for a safety recall are to be performed at no cost to the vehicle owner, even if you are not the original owner. In addition, if the headlight switch was replaced before the recall, the owner is entitled to a refund for repairs. But the owner should still bring their vehicle in for inspection. Why? The replacement part may not have been of the new design.
