Had the same-problem with the peaugot 807 giving out black smoke, I was fueling at morrisons regular was told to change petrol pump so I start using shells and the black smoke stopped compeletely. Try using a different petrol pump if that dont work than take it to the workshop.

SOURCE: Does anyone know where is

engine temp sensor is part of your exhaust.

there should be one in the engine compartment screwed in to the exhaust manifold and there there should be at least one more under your care on the exhaust pipe near the catalytic converter. some vehicles also have one near the back of the car past the converter to record exhaust readings but this is usually for trucks and larger vehicles like SUV's and vans. if you are having an issue with your sensor connect a code reader to your car and pull up the error code to find out which sensor is faulty. you should be able to look online for details on which code reference to which sensor, and then just buy a new sensor and replace. advise not trying to clean the sensor as the cost versus possible damage you can cause is worth just getting a new sensor.

tp remove it usualy takes a flat head screw driver to pop off the electrical connector and a wrench to unscrew the sensor from the exhaust. simple procedure with a ending of self satisfaction on not paying 200 $ to have someone to spend 15 minutes to turn a wrench on your car.

Citroen Dispatch panel van. How to change the rear doors on it please?

Question edited for clarity, and spelling 'citron' (French for 'lemon', how apt), to 'Citroen'.
Question moved to maker category.

It would be easier to fix the doors you have on there, unless the bodywork panels are damaged or in worse shape than the ones on the old van. It can only be the hinges alignment, or the locking mechanism. You could take them from the old doors. To remove doors, you just undo the screws, and if connected, any wiring.

Citroen dispatch with thick black exhaust smoke.

Try blanking off the EGR valve where it mounts on the exhaust manifild, they dont do much usefull but are unreliable and leak ehaist gasses into the inlet, also they take pressure off the torbo leading to over fuelling.
