I have a 2003 gmc envoy 4200 vortec it has 165000 miles engine stalls and throws no codes when it has less than half a tank of fuel. fuel filter has been replaced and so has the cap.

Does it have half a tank or is it empty ? Fuel gauge wrong .

What does Fuel Level Sensor A Circut High Input for a 2004 GMC Envoy

The fuel level sensor is in the gas tank, and if it needs to be replaced, the tank must be removed from the truck.
Does your gas gauge work correctly? If not, there could be a bad connection at the tank/sensor or the sensor itself is defective.

For a 2005 gmc envoy the gas gauge does not work. do you have to drop the fuel tank to remedy this problem

Yes, in vehicles with the fuel pump sending unit in the tank, you have to drop the tank to replace the parts there.

Where do you locate the fuel sensor on a 2006 GMC Envoy? The low fuel light stays on and will not go off. Now the check engine light is staying on.

have the computer plugged into and see what the code is. as far as the level sensor its located int he fuel tank. hope this helps

How to change a fuel level sensor in the gas tank on a 2005 GMC envoy

It is installed in the fuel from the top of the tank so the fuel tank has to come out. You have to disconnect the electal plug, the fuel lines, the filler tube and EVAP hose and unbolt the fuel tank straps. On some vehicals pulling the drive shaft is a must some it just makes it a lot easyer. The sending unit is where the fuel lines and wires go into the tank.

Where is the fuel pump located on a 1999 GMC Envoy?

Your fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank of your Envoy. It can only be replaced by removing the tank, then taking the pump out of the tank.

usually you remove the tank from the car and remove the fuel pump from the top of the tank

How to replace fuel filter on 2005 GMC Envoy

First check to see if you have a fuel filter. It will be located between tank and engine. Apparently, some Envoys do not have a filter, just a screen mounted on underside of fuel pump which is in fuel tank.

The fuel guage reads empty after filling it up and the check engine light is on constantly-2006 Envoy Denali. Is there a recall on it? Our car is no longer under warranty.

have the system trouble code tested, it is most likely a fuel level sensor in the gas tank is defective, any Kragen or Autozone will do this test for free,(except Caif)

P0452 = Generic Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor/Switch Low Input.

Since you have a 2004 Envoy, you probably have the dreaded bad 2004 PCM. It is part of the emissions system so it is covered under the emissions warranty (although it's already 2009 and i'm not from the USA, so I'm not aware if that's still applicable).

But in other words: contact your dealer !
